Assistant Vice President, Capital, Asset and Liability Management Division

We are seeking a strategic finance professional focuses on safeguarding financial stability through rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Risk Measurement & Monitoring: Track internal and regulatory risk metrics for liquidity and interest rate risks to ensure compliance and stability

• Stress Testing: Manage and conduct stress tests related to financial risks

• Reporting: Prepare management reports for stakeholders on management of financial risk and other concerns of ALCO.

• Contingency Planning: Maintain and test contingency funding plan; and handle liquidity recovery planning

• Policy Maintenance: Maintain and update policies, guidelines, and procedures for financial risk in strict compliance with internal and regulatory standards

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with business units and risk departments to resolve financial risk management issues

• Project Implementation: Handle internal and regulatory projects related to enhancing financial risk management frameworks

• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional assignments as directed by management to support divisional goals

Requirements:

• University graduate or above

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial risk management in supervisory level (candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager level)

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

• Strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient processes
