Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one educational and behavioral support for a Grade 3 student within a primary school environment. This position is ideal for an energetic educator committed to helping a young learner thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Location: Primary School Setting
Student: Grade 3

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1-on-1 classroom and campus support to facilitate learning and engagement.

• Help the student follow classroom routines, maintain focus, and develop independence.

• Collaborate closely with class teachers, school staff, and parents to implement supportive learning strategies.

• Foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation throughout the school day.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Hired directly by the Parent).

• Schedule: Full-time, aligned with the primary school calendar.

Requirements

• Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Putonghua (verbal and written).

  • Experience: Prior experience working as a shadow teacher, learning support assistant, or special educator in a primary school setting is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Strong patience, adaptability, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for child development.
