Senior Regulatory Executive

This position is responsible for ensuring full support in regulatory compliance across products, supply base, and sales channels. The incumbent will collaborate with regional regulatory team to manage regulatory interpretation, conduct research on new standards, oversee labelling requirements for imported and domestic products, facilitate product communication, perform material compliance reviews, and provide comprehensive regulatory support services.

This is a standalone role and reports directly to a remote manager based in Shanghai, necessitating strong self‑management, discipline, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless coordination across geographies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regulatory compliance review on raw materials / finished goods / recipes for Hong Kong and Asia Pacific markets
• Prepare labelling and regulatory documents, check printed materials for local and imported products
• Work with cross functional teams to support new product development
• Assist in product registration and import permit
• Monitor regulation updates on Asia Pacific market regulation changes and maintain database

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a closely related discipline
• In‑depth knowledge of food labelling and regulatory requirements for Hong Kong is mandatory; familiarity with Singapore and other Asia markets is an advantage
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven experience in regulatory compliance within the food industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of SKUs with accuracy and compliance oversight
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross‑functional teams
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines
• Prior experience reporting to a remote manager, with a track record of self‑motivation, accountability, and disciplined execution
