Responsibilities:

  • Handle trade matching, confirmation and settlement for option, fixed Income, OTC Derivative and structured products across various markets and custodians;

  • Perform daily stock reconciliation with custodians, brokers and internal systems, and follow up on breaks and discrepancies in a timely manner;

  • Maintain product configurations for derivatives instruments, support system enhancements, and new product launches;

  • Manage client derivatives accounts, including margin monitoring, margin call notifications, and forced liquidation;

  • Collaborate with front office, technology, compliance, and finance teams to support business growth;

  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance/accounting/mathematics/statistics or related field.

  • At least 3 years of settlement operational experience in futures, options, or derivatives operations within a broker, bank, or exchange;

  • Familiar with the Clearstream/Esunny/HS3.0 system/derivatives-related platforms is preferred;

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Working-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Settlement Manager.
