Vice President - Debt Capital Market

Responsibilities:

• To provide Clients with pitches, proposals, presentations and analyses related to potential bond issuance;

• To assist in the creation of marketing material, execution of public fixed income issuance and financial models;

• To assist in providing clients with information pertaining to market updates, pricing, issuance strategy, regulatory changes and liability management recommendations;

• With Bond Syndicate, collate data and assist pricing of new issues;

• Working closely with internal partners such as Coverage / and Sales & Brokerage teams to understand client needs;

• Joint responsibility for execution of all active lead transactions with DCM legal and bond syndicate;

• Joint responsibility for execution of all transactions with DCM legal and bond syndicate;

• To assist superior in administrative tasks involving all internal requirements;

• To perform ad hoc projects as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or other related disciplines;

• At least 5 years experience in Debt Capital Markets;

• Knowledge in Debt Capital Markets Product;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua;

• Excellent communication skills and strong inter personal and presentation skills;

• Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and analytical ability
