Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for building construction projects, from tendering and planning to completion
Oversee site operations, construction progress, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities
Monitor project costs, variations, and contractual matters
Implement effective site management strategies and resolve technical issues
Job Requirements:
Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with main contractors, including proven experience in residential projects in Hong Kong
Professional qualification is a must (e.g. HKIE, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, contract administration, and site management practices
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in BIM, Microsoft Project, and other project management software
