Senior Quality Manager - Production of electrical household appliances (Batam - Indonesia Stationed)

 Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all quality related functions at the Batam manufacturing site to ensure that the finished products meet defined quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant international standards.

Promote a strong quality culture through effective leadership, training and cross-functional collaboration.
-
Work closely with cross departments to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
-
Lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
-
Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
-
Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to enhance capability and performance.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

At least 10 years’ relevant experience with solid managerial experience, preferably in sizable electrical household appliance or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and international safety and compliance standards.

Hands-on experience in audit management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural manufacturing environmet

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to handle operational challenges with a practical mindset.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
