Sr Manager or Manager - Underwriting (Projects) - Insurance co

Responsibilities:

• Participate in process streamline and services enhancement on Underwriting team

  Drive and define opportunities to improve operation efficiency in support of business initiatives

  Coordinate in projects/ business initiatives with various stakeholders, take actions such as preparing user requirements and managing different phases of the project life cycle.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment in user expectations and a smooth communication

  Developing comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, proactively identify, and address any potential obstacles and ensure project executions are on time and in good quality

  Assist team leader in conducting quality reviews, analyzing data, and preparing departmental management reports

  Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree Holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in insurance industry

• Strong knowledge in Insurance operations

• Familiar with MS office (word, excel etc.)

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and work under pressure

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
