Responsibilities:
Lead conduct risk and regulatory change management, monitoring new/developing requirements and ensuring timely, business-wide implementation.
Provide conduct and distribution compliance advisory, including governance of intermediaries/distribution partners across the relevant channels.
Assess conduct risk across the full sales lifecycle and design/improve preventive and detective controls to support fair customer outcomes.
Implement monitoring, reviews, and assurance activities (thematic/sample testing) and report key insights, MI/KRIs, and findings closure to management.
Support product governance and customer-facing communications by reviewing product documentation, marketing/campaign materials, disclosures, and communications for compliance and fairness.
Manage conduct-related incidents and complaints, including escalation, root cause analysis, remediation oversight, and regulatory/management reporting.
Drive conduct-focused training and engagement with stakeholders and regulators/industry bodies to strengthen compliance culture and practical, workable solutions.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in compliance, conduct, distribution and product governance matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage different counterparts.
Strong business acumen; analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must; ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
