We are looking for a passionate, innovative and AI-driven professional to join our Marketing Department and support our product development, regulatory affairs, marketing initiatives and digital transformation journey.

主要職責

• 運用 AI 工具進行市場研究、數據分析、競爭對手分析、簡報及報告製作
• 負責產品技術管理及市場支援工作
• 協助公司申請、續期及管理 GMP、ISO、中成藥及其他相關專業認證及牌照
• 熟悉公司產品、成份及相關技術資料，並進行產品及市場分析
• 研究市場趨勢及競爭產品，提供市場及產品策略建議
• 協助制定市場推廣策略、產品定位及品牌發展方向
• 策劃及執行市場推廣活動、廣告及數碼營銷項目
• 與客戶、代理商及分銷商保持良好合作關係
• 支援產品培訓及銷售推廣工作

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product technical support and product-related projects
• Coordinate applications, renewals and maintenance of GMP, ISO and other regulatory licences and certifications
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, ingredients and technical information
• Conduct product, market and competitor analysis to support business growth
• Leverage AI tools for market research, data analysis, reporting and presentation development
• Support product positioning, marketing strategy and brand development
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and business partners
• Support product training and sales initiatives

我們希望您具備

• 大學學位或以上 (製藥學 / 中藥學 / 化學 / 市場學 / 工程學或相關學科)
• 具相關工作經驗
• 熟悉產品管理、法規事務、GMP、ISO 或相關認證工作者優先
• 對中成藥、保健產品、天然成份或快速消費品市場有認識者優先
• 具市場策劃、產品分析及項目管理能力
• 良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力

Requirements

• University degree or above (Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Science / Chinese Medicine / Chemistry / Marketing / Engineering or related disciplines)
• Relevant working experience
• Experience in Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, GMP, ISO or related disciplines is an advantage
• Knowledge of healthcare products, Chinese proprietary medicines, FMCG or related industries is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
