Key Responsibilities
Support the Managers for the Cyberport Incubation Programme to provide comprehensive support services for the Incubatees
Handle the administration of the Incubation Programme, including progress review scheduling, mentorship services, and financial assistance for the Incubatees
Handle the reimbursement of the Cyberport Accelerator Support Programme and Overseas/Mainland Market Development Support Scheme for the Incubatees
Provide administrative support in regular reporting
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managers
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in funding programme management, operations management, or related roles
A bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or STEM-related disciplines.
Previous experience relevant to incubation/accelerator/entrepreneurship programme operations, entrepreneurship services, and activities is an advantage
Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a helpful attitude
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
The position is on a 12-month temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs.
