It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co‑Investment Fund. Senior Officer (Corporate Affairs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and its Committees
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, materials distribution and managing post‑meeting action items
  • Assist in liaising with external stakeholders on corporate matters and ecosystem development
  • Prepare accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, board papers, service agreements and presentation decks
  • Draft and update internal policies, operational procedures and guidelines
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

  • University degree with good academic results
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in administrative work, project coordination and/or business development
  • Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR
  • Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives
  • Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
  • Good team player and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Logical, attentive to details and able to multitask under pressure
  • Good command of written Chinese and English
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as and when required

(Candidates with less experience including fresh graduates may be considered for an offer of appointment at Officer level.)

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications. Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits and paid annual leave.
