Company Overview
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong. There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify ways to facilitate the development of the Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodity (FICC) market including through research and analysis, market engagement, etc.
- Formulate, implement, and administer policy initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders, to promote market development
- Maintain regular contact and engage with market participants to seek inputs and garner support for market development initiatives
- Provide technical support to the HKMA’s outreach and marketing efforts
Requirements
- University degree preferably with professional qualification in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in finance, consulting, or related fields
- Experience in FICC subjects, as well as handling policy and regulatory issues a plus
- Good analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
