ROLE MISSION

• You will support and enhance Supply Chain Management systems and applications. 

• You will work with business users, IT teams, headquarters and vendors to improve processes, support digital transformation and drive operational efficiency.

ROLE SUMMARY

• You will support SCM systems, gather business requirements and coordinate system improvements. 

• You will also participate in supply chain projects, system testing, troubleshooting, implementation and user training.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support and enhance SCM systems and applications.

• Manage system improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

• Gather business requirements and recommend practical solutions.

• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, headquarters and external vendors.

• Lead or participate in supply chain-related projects.

• Support system testing, troubleshooting, implementation and user training.

• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of relevant working experience is preferable.

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage.

• Knowledge of supply chain operations and project management is an advantage.

• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

• Innovative and interested in new technologies and digital solutions.

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Fluent in Japanese, with JLPT N2 or above.
