Role Mission

To provide strong financial leadership and governance that supports sustainable business growth, enhances profitability, and drives operational efficiency across the organization.

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is a key member of the Management Team.
You will lead the finance function, oversee financial strategy and operations, and act as a trusted business partner to senior management.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a core member of the Management Team, contributing to overall business strategy
Partner with the CEO and senior management to provide financial insights and support key decisions
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Oversee full spectrum of finance functions including accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Monitor business performance and drive initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities, including FX risk
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial governance
Provide commercial analysis on product, customer, and business performance
Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives
Manage external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and advisors
Lead, develop, and build a high-performing finance team

Ideal Candidate

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
Solid experience in financial management, planning & analysis, and treasury
Proven track record in leading finance teams
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience in FMCG, trading, distribution, or import/export is highly preferred
Familiar with ERP systems
