Role Summary 職位概要

• You will lead the HR and administrative functions at the Dongguan factory, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the leadership team.
• 將全面領導東莞工廠的人力資源及行政職能，直接向行政總裁匯報，並擔任領導團隊的重要成員。
• This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, overseeing all aspects of people management, and ensuring compliance with PRC employment laws and regulations.
• 此職位負責制定及執行人力資源策略，全面管理人事工作，並確保遵守中國勞動法律及相關規定。
• Drive organizational excellence by fostering a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

• Ideal candidates will bring extensive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of labor regulations, and the ability to align HR practices with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities 崗位職責

• Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team
• 直接向行政總裁匯報，並擔任領導團隊的重要成員
• Take full ownership of HR and administrative functions at the Guangdong factory
• 全面負責廣東工廠的人力資源及行政職能
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s long-term goals
• 制定並執行符合集團長期目標的人力資源策略
• Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations
• 領導及指導人力資源與行政團隊，確保日常運作順暢
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of open communication
• 推動持續改進計劃，並建立開放溝通的文化
• Design and execute HR policies and procedures that support organizational development
• 設計及執行支持組織發展的人力資源政策及程序
• Oversee all aspects of people management, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and culture-building
• 全面管理人事工作，包括招聘、培訓、薪酬與福利、員工關係及文化建設
• Ensure full compliance with PRC employment laws and regulations
• 確保完全遵守中國勞動法律及相關規定
• Participate in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities and support related initiatives across the organization
• 參與 ESG（環境、社會及管治）活動，並支持組織內相關計劃

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 本科或以上學歷，最好主修人力資源管理或相關專業
• Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within manufacturing environments
• 至少 12 年人力資源工作經驗，其中不少於 5 年擔任製造業高級管理職位
• Prior experience in the garment or textiles industry is highly preferred
• 具備成衣或紡織業工作經驗者優先考慮
• Strong knowledge of PRC employment ordinance and labor regulations
• 熟悉中國勞動法規及相關條例
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
• 具備卓越的領導力、戰略思維及人際交往能力
• Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 精通英語及中文（包括粵語及普通話）
• Knowledge of ESG principles and practices is a strong advantage
• 熟悉 ESG 原則及實踐者具明顯優勢
