- We are an European-owned third-party logistics (3PL) service provider specializing in end-to-end supply chain and e-commerce solutions for luxury fashion retailers across the Asia Pacific region.
- Our Hong Kong office supports customers with goods destined for the Asia market, while our Distribution Center manages the full supply chain from receipt to delivery.
Role Mission
- To ensure seamless, high-accuracy, and efficient local distribution operations for our assigned European fashion brand by coordinating daily in/outbound activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering precise operational support through data-driven coordination.
Role Summary
- Perform daily logistics operations for one assigned European fashion brand, focusing on paper-based coordination, order fulfillment accuracy, and smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- No physical handling of goods is required. This role is centered on documentation, data entry, reporting, and operational coordination.
Job Description
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations for local distribution
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment through receipt, put-away, pick/pack, and delivery processes with high productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehousing, management) and external parties (carriers, clients) to maintain smooth operations
- Provide operational support to the warehousing team and management
- Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong, long-term relationships
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and related documentation
- Perform data entry and generate operational reports
- Assist management in collecting and analyzing data for reporting and decision-making purposes
- Communicate via email in both Chinese and English
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Chinese wordprocessing is required
Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing roles
- Experience in a third-party logistics company is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage
- Proficient in Cantonese, with strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proficient in Chinese wordprocessingDiploma holder is an advantage
Terms & Benefits
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
