WAREHOUSE MANAGER – Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) (Vietnam)

• We are an integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, supporting a diverse portfolio of international brand customers across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.
• Established in Hong Kong with manufacturing facilities in China and Vietnam, we deliver end-to-end solutions — from design support and engineering to PCB assembly, box-build production, and full turnkey manufacturing — for consumer electronics, industrial equipment, automotive components, and smart IoT products.

• To ensure the efficient and effective operation of the overseas warehouse facility in Vietnam, optimizing warehousing processes, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating timely deliveries, and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and support the company's global manufacturing and distribution objectives.

• You will oversee and manage all operations within the overseas warehouse facility in Vietnam, implement and optimize warehousing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, coordinate inventory management practices including stock counts, 5S and replenishments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery schedules.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance excellence, and conduct regular evaluations of warehouse performance metrics with reporting to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery schedules

• Conduct regular evaluations of warehouse performance metrics and report to senior management
• Develop and implement effective warehousing strategies
• Monitor and control warehouse operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage warehouse resources and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations

• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in logistics management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably with experience in managing overseas warehouses
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles with proven operational management skills to effectively develop and implement warehousing strategies
• Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System and related operational processes, with solid data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset, capable of coordinating resources across internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing operational requirements
