Position Overview
- We are seeking an energetic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Hong Kong head office.
- This role offers exposure to regional operations across Asia Pacific and the opportunity to work closely with both business operations and finance leadership, including direct reporting to the Group CFO based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional finance and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights that drive business performance and efficiency.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for business units across Asia Pacific, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform detailed business and financial analysis, including financial modelling, forecasting, and evaluation of CAPEX investments.
- Support management with ad hoc reports, business plans, and financial presentations.
- Contribute to system enhancement and process improvement initiatives while strengthening internal controls across operations.
Ideal Candidates
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or Business with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- (1) 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally gained from a sizable manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment; OR
- (2) Big 4 or second‑tier audit firm background with experience in auditing manufacturing clients, looking to transition into commercial finance roles, will also be suitable
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business partnering skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP or reporting systems is advantageous.
- Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
