Role Mission

Responsible for driving product development from concept to launch, ensuring our health supplement portfolio remains competitive, customer-focused, and commercially successful.
This role will play a key part in translating business needs and market insights into effective product solutions.

Role Summary

This is a strategic and hands-on product role that involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, marketing, sales, and quality.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a Product team of 3–4 members and report directly to the Chief Business Officer.
The role will oversee the full product lifecycle, support product innovation, and help strengthen the overall performance of the health supplement portfolio.

Job Description

Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and review customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
Translate business needs and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
Work closely with internal teams to develop, launch, and improve health supplement products.
Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
Monitor product performance and use data insights to drive improvements.
Coordinate product-related communication and updates with stakeholders.
Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and innovation opportunities.
Lead and manage a Product team of 3–4 members.
Report directly to the Chief Business Officer.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Relevant experience in product management in the health supplements, health food, pharmaceutical products, or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry is required.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
Good understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about product innovation.
