Role Mission
- The Graduate Engineer will support the delivery of high‑quality railway consultancy projects by assisting senior engineers in technical design, system engineering, documentation and project coordination.
- The role aims to develop a strong foundation in railway engineering while contributing meaningfully to real‑world infrastructure projects across the region.
Role Summary
- Reporting to senior project and technical leads, you will work within our Engineering Department to support a portfolio of railway and infrastructure projects.
- You will be involved in tender preparation, system engineering activities, project management support and technical documentation, while gaining exposure to large‑scale schemes across Hong Kong and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.
- This position offers an excellent platform for graduates to build core engineering skills, railway expertise and long‑term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers on railway‑related consultancy projects, supporting design, analysis and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing tender documents for both local and international projects, including technical specifications, proposals and supporting calculations.
- Support system engineering activities, including system assurance, risk management, requirements management, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) management, and verification & validation (V&V).
- Contribute to project management tasks such as scheduling, progress tracking and coordination, to help ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery.
- Participate in technical meetings, site visits and project reviews, and assist in the preparation of reports, drawings and other deliverables.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Control, Computer, Software, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in railway consultancy, rail infrastructure and large‑scale engineering projects.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in support of project requirements.
