Company Overview
- We are Asia's largest optical products manufacturer, serving 25+ countries with 10 factories in Asia, and ~2,800 staff.
- Join an IT team (3 in Hong Kong, 15 in Shenzhen) focused on IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, networks, servers, databases—with occasional travel to regional sites.
- Plan, manage, troubleshoot IT hardware/networks; perform daily maintenance and data housekeeping.
- Administer Windows/Database Servers, anti-virus, email, networks; handle SQL queries/analysis.
- Install/test servers, security (PBX/CCTV/Access Control), EDI systems; document configurations.
- Bachelor's in Data Science/IT/CS; 3+ years in networks/hardware/support.
- Proficient in Linux/Windows Server/SQL/VMware; experience with HIKVISION/Huawei/ZKTECH.
- Proficient in English/Mandarin/Cantonese; analytical, independent, travel-ready.
- 5-day week, flexible hours.
- 13-month pay + performance bonus.
