- We are seeking a strategic, financially sophisticated Investor Relations Director to elevate our investor engagement, communication capabilities, and market valuation.

- To serve as the primary strategic bridge between our company and the investment community, driving investor confidence through data-backed insights, optimizing market valuation, and ensuring transparent, compelling communication of our business strategy and financial performance to shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.
Role Summary
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and leading a team of 2–3, you will be the strategic nexus between our company and the investment community. This role demands an equity analysis-driven professional who can translate complex business strategies and financial data into compelling narratives that resonate with investors.
- Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle earnings, Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), and Investor Days; building relationships with sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices; conducting market cap reviews and shareholder analysis; delivering confident English presentations; preparing investor materials (PPT, Q&A, annual reports); and providing actionable insights on investor sentiment to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and lead an IR team of 2–3 members while mentoring and developing the team to deliver high-quality investor engagement
- Lead and execute comprehensive investor relations programs including full-cycle earnings season management, Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), Investor Days, and crisis communication
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including sovereign wealth funds, long-term institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices
- Conduct market capitalization reviews, shareholder structure analysis, and implement effective capital management strategies
- Manage market expectations through proactive communication and strategic positioning
- Deliver clear, compelling, and confident English presentations during roadshows and one-on-one investor meetings
- Conduct regular market feedback analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring
- Provide actionable insights to senior management and the Board on investor sentiment and market perception
- Prepare high-quality investor relations materials including investor presentations (PPT), Q&A documents, annual reports, and briefing materials that are professional, concise, and persuasive in communicating our value proposition
- Articulate complex business strategies and financial performance with clarity and conviction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years as Head of Investor Relations at a Hong Kong-listed or Chinese concept stock company
- 3+ years as an international sell-side equity analyst covering TMT, Consumer, Healthcare, or New Energy sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing full earnings cycles, investor roadshows, investor days, and crisis communications
- Demonstrated experience engaging with sovereign wealth funds, long-term institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices
- Experience covering Hong Kong-listed stocks and Chinese concept stocks with strong Extel rankings
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, industry dynamics, and the sell-side ecosystem
- Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and strategic thinking
- Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, and investor relations management tools
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), able to deliver professional presentations and conduct one-on-one meetings in English
- Consumer industry background is preferred while pharmaceutical or healthcare background is not required
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and international capital markets is essential
