- We are a SFC licensed Type 6 company specializing in corporate finance advisory and transaction execution. The firm is engaged in a wide range of capital market activities, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and related advisory work.
- It provides a professional environment with exposure to transaction-driven assignments. The successful candidate will join a corporate finance team of 10 members and work closely with experienced professionals on various projects.

Role Mission
- You will support the execution of corporate finance transactions and advisory assignments, ensuring high-quality delivery across deal execution, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
- This role requires strong technical capability, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Role Summary
- This is a hands-on corporate finance role involving transaction execution, financial analysis, research, documentation, and liaison work.
- You will contribute to IPOs, M&A, capital raising activities, and other corporate finance mandates as part of a 10-member team.
Job Description
- Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, M&A, corporate finance advisory, and other capital raising activities.
- Prepare, review, and manage execution and documentation work for corporate finance transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and investment evaluation.
- Assist in assessing potential deals and perform relevant research, analysis, and due diligence.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and proposals required by business lines.
- Liaise with professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, including the SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in connection with project implementation.
- Assist in preparing listing documents, announcements, and circulars.
- Prepare pitch books and business proposals.
Ideal Candidate
- University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related disciplines.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA and/or CFA are preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and/or auditing, preferably with IPO execution experience.
- Solid knowledge of the Listing Rules and other relevant rules and regulations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A good team player with a responsible attitude and willingness to travel frequently for business.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as English.
