Role Mission

Responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of ventilation systems and delivering responsive technical support to premium hospitality clients.
The successful candidate will work independently, coordinate with contractors and clients, and maintain a high standard of service quality.

Role Summary

This is an independent, hands-on technical role reporting to the Regional Manager.
The position focuses on coordinating with contractors and clients, providing on-site technical support, and handling testing, commissioning, repair, and maintenance work. Frequent travel to Macau is required.

Job Description

Coordinate with installation contractors for ventilation system works.
Provide on-site technical support and service delivery.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Oversee testing and commissioning activities.
Handle repair and maintenance assignments independently.
Support high-end hotel and restaurant clients with responsive technical service.
Travel to Macau frequently as required.

Ideal Candidate

Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
2+ years in engineering, service or maintenance, building services or equivalent
Experience in ventilation or HVAC systems is a strong advantage.
Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A) and Construction Site Safety Card are preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Proficient of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Terms & Benefits

5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Annual leave: 12 days in the first year, up to 20 days maximum.
13-month salary plus performance bonus.
Work-life balance and a supportive working culture.
Frequent travel to Macau is required; depending on business needs, you may return to Hong Kong on the same day or stay 1 to 2 days in Macau, with accommodation arranged in nearby hotels.
