Role Summary
- Responsible for promoting physical antibacterial material products to Hospital Authority customers in Hong Kong.
- This role is well suited to candidates with sales experience in medical devices or medical consumables, particularly those with strong exposure to HA accounts and hospital-based stakeholders.
- The position offers the opportunity to work closely with management in a small Hong Kong office, with a clear focus on driving market development, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting product adoption within the HA network.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote physical antibacterial material products to Hospital Authority clients and related healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within HA hospitals and clinical departments.
- Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive product presentations to HA clients.
- Support product adoption across relevant HA channels and clinical applications.
- Assist in coordinating product evaluations, clinical studies, or trial arrangements with HA hospitals when required.
- Gather market feedback, user insights, and product requirements from HA stakeholders to support business development.
- Work closely with internal teams to support account management, customer engagement, and growth initiatives within the HA network.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of HA processes, priorities, and purchasing needs.
- Support expansion efforts by identifying opportunities within the HA system and related healthcare institutions.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of sales experience in medical devices or medical consumables.
- Experience selling to the Hospital Authority is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to quickly learn and explain new products and technologies.
- Good communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience working with hospital stakeholders and clinical users would be an advantage.
