Role Summary

Role Mission
- This role is designed for a technically capable and hands-on project professional who can take ownership of project delivery from early planning through completion.
- You will play an important role in ensuring projects are executed to a high standard, on time, and in line with client expectations.
- The position offers exposure to unique and specialised water system and wellness facility projects, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and practical problem-solving.
Role Summary
- You will support and manage E&M engineering projects related to water systems, wellness facilities, and building services.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will participate in project management from the preliminary stage to completion, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee contractor and sub-contractor activities.
Job Description
- Participate in project management from preliminary planning through project completion.
- Understand client requirements and provide professional project coordination and management support.
- Oversee contractors and sub-contractors to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure delivery aligns with agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review project documentation, drawings, and technical submissions as required.
- Assist in site coordination, project monitoring, and resolution of technical issues.
- Support project reporting, progress updates, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Handle other project-related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary educated in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in E&M engineering or related fields.
- Experience in E&M, fitting-out works, interior design, plumbing and drainage systems, swimming pool projects, building services, spa facilities, or hotel construction projects.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems or electrical control systems is an advantage.
- Experience in swimming pool, water feature, hotel, or similar projects is a significant plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good coordination skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong interest in technical project delivery.
