Role Mission

You will act as a key link between customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination across product development, order processing, costing, production follow-up, and shipment arrangement.
This role requires strong communication, accuracy, and follow-through to support both client servicing and supplier management.

Role Summary

You will manage day-to-day communication with both overseas clients and suppliers, coordinate product development and sample follow-up, track production progress, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The role is suitable for a detail-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and can balance both customer service and supplier coordination effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily communication with both suppliers and clients on product development, order follow-up, and delivery matters.
Coordinate sample development, quotation preparation, order confirmation, and production tracking.
Follow up closely with factories and suppliers to ensure quality, lead time, and shipment schedules are met.
Work with clients on product requirements, specifications, approvals, and order status updates.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of each order from development to delivery.
Monitor production progress, resolve operational issues, and support problem-solving with suppliers and customers.
Prepare merchandising documents, reports, and relevant records accurately and on time.
Support the team in maintaining strong customer relationships and supplier partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

F.5 graduates
Diploma or above is preferable
3+ years of working experience in garment trims, accessories, garment, packaging or textile-related products.
Experience handling both supplier-side and client-side coordination.
Familiar with product development, costing, sample follow-up, and order management.
Detail-minded, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proficient of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
