Role Mission 崗位使命
- The Production Industrial Engineering Manager will lead industrial engineering initiatives to improve productivity, optimize production methods, and support efficient and cost-effective garment manufacturing operations.
- 生產工業工程經理將帶領工業工程相關工作，提升生產效率、優化生產方法，並支援高效及具成本效益的成衣製造營運。
- This role plays an important part in strengthening production capability, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting smooth bulk production execution.

Role Summary 崗位概要
- Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee the IE function and provide technical leadership on production efficiency, method engineering, and operational improvement.
- 獲聘者將向高層管理匯報，負責統籌IE部門，並就生產效率、工藝工程及營運改善提供技術領導。
- The role requires close collaboration with production, technical, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure smooth and effective factory operations.
- 此職位需與生產、技術、採購及品質團隊緊密合作，確保工廠營運順暢及高效。
Job Description 工作職責
- Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team to support production efficiency, cost control, and process improvement.
- 帶領及管理工業工程團隊，支持生產效率提升、成本控制及流程改善。
- Develop and implement production methods, work standards, and best practices across the factory.
- 制定及推行生產方法、工作標準及最佳實踐，並於工廠內落實執行。
- Conduct method studies, time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and manpower planning.
- 進行工藝研究、工時研究、生產線平衡、產能分析及人手規劃。
- Review garment construction and production flow to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- 檢視服裝結構及生產流程，找出生產效率改善機會。
- Work closely with production, technical, merchandising, and quality teams to support smooth style launches and bulk production.
- 與生產、技術、採購及品質團隊緊密合作，支援新款導入及大貨生產順利進行。
- Support production issue solving, workflow adjustment, and line performance improvement.
- 支援生產問題解決、流程調整及生產線表現改善。
- Monitor productivity performance and provide regular reports and improvement recommendations to management.
- 監察生產效率表現，並定期向管理層提交報告及改善建議。
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and resource utilization.
- 推動持續改善項目，提升營運表現及資源運用效益。
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners.
- 為團隊成員及跨部門夥伴提供技術支援及指導。
Ideal Candidate 理想人選
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 大學本科或以上學歷，工業工程、服裝工程、機械工程或相關專業。
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or production improvement within the apparel industry, including team leadership experience.
- 具備至少5年服裝行業工業工程或生產改善經驗，並有團隊管理經驗。
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, production flow, and IE methodologies such as time study, line balancing, and lean production.
- 熟悉服裝製造流程、生產流程及IE方法，如工時研究、生產線平衡及精益生產等。
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- 具備良好的分析、解難及項目管理能力。
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- 具備良好的溝通及跨部門協調能力。
- Good command of English & Chinese.
- 良好的中英文能力。
