Role Mission
- You will oversee fintech projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders, timely execution of project milestones, and successful implementation of business and technical requirements.
- This role plays a key part in supporting client satisfaction, project quality, and overall delivery excellence.
Role Summary
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will join a project team of 12 members and work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- The role involves managing the full project life cycle, translating user requirements into workable solutions, supporting testing and user training, and ensuring smooth project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Monitor all stages of the project life cycle, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
- Gather and communicate user requirements with customers and internal technical teams.
- Prepare project-related documents, including status updates, reports, and discussion papers for key stakeholders.
- Participate in testing to ensure the proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Support user training and project rollout activities as needed.
- Provide on-site project support when required.
- Manage project issues, prioritize requests, and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to manage expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial technology.
- Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Able to manage client expectations effectively in terms of timeline and requirements.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Terms & Benefits
- Five-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
