SHIPPING CLERK (18K-20K X 13) - US multinational toys sourcing & trading office (TST)

Role Mission

• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of shipping operations, supporting the end-to-end order fulfillment process, and maintaining smooth coordination among internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Role Summary

• You will handle full sets of shipping documentation and coordinate shipment activities within a structured and team-oriented environment. 
• You will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations and ensuring compliance with international shipping requirements.

Job Description

• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents, including L/C and banking documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, inspection schedules, and shipment updates
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment arrangements
• Prepare and issue invoices, packing lists, and other shipping-related documents
• Update ERP system with shipment and order information
• Maintain accurate records and systematic filing of shipping documents
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects as required
• Work closely within a shipping team of approximately 20 members

Ideal Candidate

• Secondary education / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant shipping experience, preferably in trading companies or buying offices
• Experience in toys, seasonal items, gifts & premiums, or sundries products is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Competent in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, detail-minded, and responsible
• Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude
