Role Mission
- You will provide efficient order administration and clerical support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, factories, and customers to facilitate timely delivery and effective service.
Role Summary
- This role is based within the Order Administration Team, working closely with five team members to follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
- You will play an important supporting role in maintaining accurate and timely order flow, customer communication, and internal coordination.
Job Description
- Follow up delivery orders from suppliers to customers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and factories.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales team.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth order processing and shipment follow-up.
- Handle day-to-day coordination tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Overtime work of around 15–30 minutes may be required during peak seasons, and such overtime will be paid.
Ideal Candidate
- F.5 graduate or above.
- 3+ years of work experience in trading, manufacturing, or supply chain companies.
- Experience in order processing, shipping, or logistics flow is preferred.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Experience working in Japanese companies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Terms & Benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Contract-based position with performance bonus upon completion

- Overtime work will be paid
