Role Summary 職位簡介

• You will lead our merchandising team and oversee operations for key US and European clients. 
• 您將領導跟單團隊，並監督主要美國和歐洲客戶的運營。
• This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in cross-cultural environments and understands the demands of international toy markets.

Responsibilities 職責

• Lead and manage the merchandising teams at our manufacturing plants. 
• 領導並管理我們製造工廠的跟單團隊。
• Oversee full merchandising operations—from sampling to production to shipment. 
• 全面監督跟單流程——從打樣到生產再到出貨。
• Ensure timely and professional communication with overseas clients. 
• 確保與海外客戶進行及時且專業的溝通。
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care. 
• 處理客戶查詢並高效、細心地解決問題。
• Strengthen relationships with key toy brands and drive business growth. 
• 鞏固與主要玩具品牌的關係並推動業務增長。
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• 識別並拓展新的客戶機會。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Tertiary education. 
• 大專或以上學歷。
• 10+ years in toy merchandising for US/EU/Canadian markets. 
• 有10年以上玩具跟單經驗在美國、歐洲或加拿大市場。
• Proven leadership experience managing merchandising teams. 
• 具備管理跟單團隊的成熟領導經驗。
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• 熟練掌握英語及普通話。
