- You be the main point of contact for existing overseas clients through their Hong Kong buying and sourcing offices.
- This role centers on providing attentive client service and nurturing long‑term relationships, with no need for new client development.
- You will ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and on‑time deliveries across key markets in Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and professional service to existing overseas clients through their Hong Kong buying and sourcing offices — no need to develop new clients.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with Mainland suppliers on quotations, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Liaise with the Shipping team for L/C processing and import/export documentation.
- Follow up on orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure on-time shipment.
- Conduct regular visits to local client offices to reinforce partnerships.
- Report directly to the Sales & Operations Manager.
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience in export trading (sales, marketing, or merchandising preferred).
- Familiar with trade documentation such as L/C and shipping papers.
- Experience in consumer products like household, appliances, sundries....is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Responsible, detail-minded, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
