Job Description 職位描述

• As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our media advertising network and driving revenue growth.
• 作為業務拓展經理，您將在擴展我們的媒體廣告網絡及推動收入增長方面擔當重要角色。
• Expanding our advertising network target premium commercial buildings, shopping arcades, and hotels in Hong Kong.
• 拓展我們在香港高端商業大廈、商場及酒店的廣告網絡。
• Identifying new growth opportunities and cultivating strong business relationships with potential clients.
• 發掘新的增長機會，並建立穩固的客戶關係。
• Achieving business targets to maximize profitability.
• 達成業務目標，以最大化盈利。
• Taking an active leadership role to drive organizational change and foster innovation.
• 積極發揮領導作用，推動組織變革並促進創新。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advertising sales and marketing (preferred).
• 具備至少五年廣告銷售及市場推廣經驗者優先。
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• 在業務拓展及客戶關係管理方面有成功經驗。
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to pioneer new sectors within the media advertising industry.
• 具備強烈的創業精神，並渴望在媒體廣告行業開拓新領域。
• Experience selling to commercial property owners, property management companies, shopping malls, hotels...etc will be a big plus
• 曾向商業物業業主、物業管理公司、商場及酒店等銷售廣告服務者將更具優勢。
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and multi-tasking environment with sharp business acumen.
• 能在快節奏、創新及多任務環境中表現出色，並具備敏銳的商業觸覺。
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話聽說讀寫能力。
