IT PROJECT MANAGER, APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION (45K-50K X 13) – Global Trading & Sourcing Office| ERP & SaaS Systems | AI/ML & Power BI (TST)

Role Mission

• You'll drive end-to-end delivery of IT application projects, enable business process re-engineering to streamline workflows, execute our digital transformation roadmap, and supercharge user experience and operational efficiency through cutting-edge tech solutions.

Role Summary

• Work in our Application Implementation Team within the IT Department of 15 members. 
• You'll own end-to-end project delivery from kick-off to post-implementation stabilization, covering in-house ERP and SaaS systems. 
• Expect to lead BPR initiatives, manage implementations, collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, and evaluate emerging tech like Power BI, AI/ML/LLM to push our digital transformation forward. 
• No travel required – 100% Hong Kong-based.

Job Description

• Own IT project delivery end-to-end – ERP & SaaS systems from initiation to post-implementation stabilization
• Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) – streamline workflows, cut manual steps, boost data quality
• Manage full implementation lifecycle – training, upgrades, testing, enhancements, and ongoing operations
• Work with business analysts to finalize implementations and build documentation, guidelines, and user manuals
• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal + external) to drive change and execute our digital transformation roadmap
• Evaluate emerging tech – Power BI, AI/ML/LLM to enhance UX and operational efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
• Support project planning – timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users

Ideal Candidate

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years in IT project management or equivalent
• Enterprise-wide ERP systems implementation (must-have)
• Product Development Systems experience
• AI-related projects experience (bonus)
• ANSI X12/EDI knowledge (e.g., EDI 850/860) – advantage
• Boomi Professional Developer or API Design Cert – advantage
• Proven technical background with data-driven mindset
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cross-functional coordination expertise
• Vendor management experience
• Global team collaboration experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
