• This role will be responsible for leading store operations, driving sales performance, and developing frontline teams to achieve business targets across Hong Kong.

• Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will ensure that retail standards, customer experience, and operational excellence are consistently delivered across all stores.

• This role will oversee the performance of retail stores in Hong Kong, working closely with regional managers and store teams to ensure smooth daily operations and strong execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Description 工作職責

• Lead area managers and store teams to effectively manage daily store operations.
• 帶領區域經理及各店舖團隊有效管理店舖日常運作。
• Provide clear sales direction and decision-making support to achieve company business targets.
• 為團隊成員提供全面銷售引導，包括規劃銷售區域範圍及作出決策，以達到公司營業目標。
• Work closely with management and internal departments to communicate operational and sales objectives, as well as promotional plans, to store teams.
• 與管理層及各部門緊密合作，有效傳達公司的營運／銷售指標及推廣計劃，確保各店舖團隊按指標執行。
• Ensure strong execution of company initiatives across all stores to drive sales turnover and profitability.
• 確保各店舖有效執行公司各項計劃，推動營業額及盈利增長。
• Maintain smooth daily operations, including merchandise management, inventory control, and visual merchandising, to ensure store operations and service standards meet company expectations.
• 確保貨品管理、存貨管理及店舖視覺陳列等日常營運順暢，以符合公司營運及服務標準。
• Review and analyse frontline team performance, and develop appropriate training and development plans to improve productivity and service quality.
• 了解及分析前線同事工作表現，從而制定合適的發展及培訓計劃，提升前線同事工作效率及服務質素。
• Ensure compliance with people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• 瞭解並遵守人員安全政策和程序，以維護安全的工作環境。
• Perform duties in accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

• University graduates or tertiary education.
• 大學畢業或大專學歷。
• At least 8 years of retail management experience, preferably in sports, athletic wear, or casual apparel retail.
• 不少於8年零售業管理經驗，如具運動體育或休閒服裝零售背景者優先考慮。
• Experience in international sports, casual wear, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
• 具國際運動品牌、休閒服裝或生活時尚品牌經驗者優先考慮。
• Proactive, energetic, and able to lead and motivate frontline teams to achieve business goals.
• 主動進取，能帶領並推動前線同事達到業務目標。
• Strong experience in store operations, sales, service, team management, and training.
• 具豐富店舖營運、銷售與服務、人員管理及培訓經驗。
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities.
• 具備良好分析及解決問題能力，並有出色溝通技巧。
• Strong market sense, solid sales capability, and excellent customer service skills.
• 具市場觸覺、良好銷售能力及優秀顧客服務技巧。
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to read and write Chinese and read English.
• 良好粵語及普通話，懂讀寫中文及閱讀英文。
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

• 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
