- We are a US‑based multinational toy buying office operating a large trading and sourcing office in Hong Kong with over 150 team members.
- The company owns several well‑known toy brands and partners with leading international names to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of toys for children worldwide.
- Our primary customers include major US retailers and global toy brands, and we are committed to delivering creativity, quality, and enjoyment through every product we bring to market.
- This position is for a dedicated Order Processing professional within a US‑focused toy buying office, supporting a large‑retail account base similar to Walmart, Target, Costco, and other major US retail chains.
- The role centers on accurately managing incoming sales orders, quotations, and purchase documentation and ensuring timely, error‑free entry into the company’s ERP system.
- The successful candidate will coordinate closely with vendors, the US sales team, and international customers, with a strong focus on detail and efficient order execution.
- Work as part of an Order Processing Team comprising 10 members, focusing on US large‑retail clients similar to Walmart, Target, Costco, and other major US retail chains.
- Manage incoming sales orders, quotations, and related documentation for US and global retail accounts.
- Input and maintain sales and purchase orders in the company’s central ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and enter detailed sales quotations for large‑retail customers.
- Coordinate sample requests and packaging logistics to support buying‑office operations.
- Liaise with multiple vendors, the US sales team, and international customers to ensure smooth order execution and clear communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or order processing for US, EU, or global markets, preferably with major retailers accounts
- Background in toys, gifts & premiums, or related consumer goods categories is an advantage.
- Experience in a trading or buying office environment, with proven ability to coordinate across multiple customers and vendors.
- Strong focus on order processing, administration, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage accounts for major US or EU retailers.
- Proficient in ERP systems and general office computer applications.
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin skills are highly desirable to support internal and cross‑border communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- 5‑day work week.
- 13‑month salary and performance bonus.
