Responsibilities 職責範圍 

• Selling our media advertising network to brand clients.
• 向品牌客戶銷售本公司的媒體廣告網絡。
• Achieve business objectives and ensure maximum profit.
• 達成業務目標並確保利潤最大化。
• Take an active leadership role to drive change and innovation.
• 積極發揮領導角色，推動變革及創新。
• Establishment and training of sales team.
• 建立及培訓銷售團隊。
• Develop sales team performance indicators.
• 制定銷售團隊之績效指標。
• Develop sales marketing policies.
• 制定銷售及市場營銷政策。

Ideal candidates 理想人選

• 5 years or above experience in advertising sales and marketing would be preferred.
• 具五年或以上廣告銷售及市場推廣經驗者優先。
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• 具備卓越的業務拓展及客戶關係管理實績。
• Experience selling to brand clients is a big plus.
• 具向品牌客戶銷售經驗者優先考慮。
• Strong desire to be a pioneer to develop new sectors within the media advertising industry.
• 具強烈意願在媒體廣告行業開拓新領域，成為先驅。
• Able to work in a dynamic, innovative, and multi-tasking environment with a strong business sense.
• 具良好商業觸覺，能於充滿活力及創新的多工作業環境下工作。
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 良好中、英文書寫及流利粵語及普通話。
