SALES ENGINEER – AVIT / LED display / audiovisual solution (Kowloon Bay)

• We are a fast-growing AV/IT specialist and LED display solution provider, offering end-to-end design, installation and maintenance services for 3D LED walls, transparent LED displays, 3D façade displays, LED video walls, digital signage, LED video displays, LED light boxes and wide-format light box printing. 
• Our clients include interior designers, fitting-out contractors, shopping malls, luxury brands, retailers, property management companies, corporate offices and government organisations.

Role Summary :

• Responsible for driving project-based sales of AV/IT and LED display solutions by managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to deal closing and project follow-up. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and end customers, identifies new business opportunities, and coordinates closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Report to the Sales Director and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Drive project sales of digital display and audio-visual solutions to business partners and direct customers.
• Handle and follow up sales enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on project implementation to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities and new technologies in AV/IT and LED display solutions.

• Tertiary education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in AV/IT, LED display systems, audio-visual systems, IT products or related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Genuine interest in technology and innovative digital display solutions.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
