• To deliver creative, practical, and technically sound spa and wellness design solutions that support luxury hospitality and wellness projects, while ensuring smooth coordination from concept through execution.

• This role focuses on the design and coordination of spa and wellness projects.

• You will work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and specialist suppliers to develop design solutions, support project delivery, and ensure alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and aesthetic expectations.
• 與內部團隊、客戶、顧問及專業供應商緊密合作，制定設計方案、支援項目推進，並確保符合項目要求、技術標準及美學期望。

Job Description 職責說明

• Develop spa and wellness layouts, design presentations, and drawing mark-ups.
• 製作水療及養生設施 項目平面佈局、設計簡報及圖則修改。
• Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, engineers, and specialist suppliers.
• 與客戶、建築師、室內設計師、工程師及專業供應商協調。
• Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings to ensure effective design coordination.
• 審閱建築、室內及機電圖則，確保設計協調有效進行。
• Attend project meetings in English and Chinese, and follow up on key actions.
• 出席以英文及中文進行的項目會議，並跟進重要事項。
• Support tender preparation, shop drawing review, material selection, and site coordination.
• 協助標書準備、施工圖審核、物料選擇及工地協調。
• Assist with design development from concept stage through construction stage.
• 協助由概念階段至施工階段的設計發展。
• Work closely with the Director and project team to ensure timely and practical design delivery.
• 與董事及項目團隊緊密合作，確保設計按時並切實可行地完成。
• Contribute ideas and solutions that improve design quality, project efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• 積極提出意見及方案，以提升設計質素、項目效率及客戶滿意度。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

• Tertiary education in Interior Design, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 具室內設計、屋宇裝備、工程或相關學科的大專或以上學歷。
• At least 2 years in a relevant design role, preferably in hospitality, spa, wellness, or related projects.
• 至少 2 年須從事相關設計工作，具酒店、水療及養生設施或相關項目經驗者優先。
• Proficient in AutoCAD and design presentation software.
• 熟悉 AutoCAD 及設計簡報軟件。
• Comfortable using modern software tools and open to AI-assisted design applications.
• 能熟練使用現代軟件工具，並願意接觸 AI 輔助設計應用。
• Strong communication skills in English for meetings and written correspondence.
• 具良好的英語溝通能力，能應付會議及書面往來。
• Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a working environment.
• 中文流利，能在工作環境中有效溝通。
