ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYING MANAGER / ASST QS MANAGER - Engineering & Construction Group - Urban Infrastructure (Quarry Bay/5 days work)

Role Mission

• You will support the commercial and contractual management of major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control, tender accuracy, and effective coordination across project teams and external stakeholders.

Role Summary

• Reporting to the Head of QS, the successful candidate will play an important role in cost estimation, budget preparation, tender pricing, and contract review. 
• This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned QS professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing infrastructure business.

Job Description

• Responsible for cost estimation, budget preparation, tender pricing, and review of contractual documents.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and tender analyses.
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the negotiation and commercial assessment of tender submissions and project costs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate commercial records and cost information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure effective cost planning and control.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimating.
• Exposure to civil projects is strongly preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Diligent, proactive, and passionate about work.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
