- The company has a China office and workshop in Shenzhen, and also outsources to vendor factories in China for production.
ROLE MISSION :
- To perform end-to-end order processing and project coordination, from quotation and sampling to factory production, delivery, and installation completion.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients, factories, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ROLE SUMMARY :
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- This is a full-cycle order processing and project support role, requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- You will handle all aspects of order management, including supporting tendering, factory coordination, and client liaison, with no travel required.

- Provide all-round support, including documentation, submissions, and work progress tracking.
- Assist in client visiting and provide support during meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations based on tender documents and cost analysis, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Perform full order processing from quotation, sampling arrangement, placing orders to factories, coordinating with factories and suppliers until goods are delivered and installation is completed.
- Liaise with factories, suppliers, and internal parties to ensure on-schedule delivery and installation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
TERMS & BENEFITS :
- Tertiary education with a minimum of 2 years' solid experience in order processing, project coordination, secretarial support, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of shop drawings is preferable
- Experience in interior design, fitting-out companies, building materials trading is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage; competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
