The primary market is Hong Kong, with additional projects in Vietnam, Australia, and the United States.
The company operates a China office and workshop in Shenzhen and collaborates with vendor factories across China for production.

Role Mission

To coordinate and drive projects from quotation and sampling through factory production, delivery, and final installation, ensuring seamless collaboration among clients, factories, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Summary

This is a full-cycle project coordination role requiring strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
You will oversee all aspects of project and order management, including tender support, factory coordination, and client liaison.
No travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including quotation, sampling, order placement, production, delivery, and installation completion.
Liaise with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery and installation.
Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project execution.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on tender documents and cost analysis.
Provide project support, including documentation, tender submissions, and work progress tracking.
Assist with client visits, meetings, and site visits as needed.
Maintain clear communication across all parties to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.

Ideal Candidate

Tertiary education with a minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in project coordination, order processing, or a similar role.
Knowledge of shop drawings is highly preferable.
Prior experience in interior design, fitting-out companies, or building materials trading is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage; strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
