The program is designed for training and developing the next-generation Kingboard management
Opportunity in the future to become a group finance leader or general manager in the world’s largest laminate (CCL) manufacturer and a leading AI-material solution provider
Act as a key HQ representative to help manage, audit, and enhance the finance function of various business lines and factories in Mainland China
The role offers occasional rotation opportunities and a wide range of cross-functional exposure across Kingboard’s industrial value chain beyond operating within a standard accounting and finance department
Regular on-site work and business travel are expected, especially to Mainland China
Qualified HKICPA membership or equivalent

Responsibilities
Support in building a solid and agile organization by strengthening the company’s accounting and finance function through upholding company’s policies, improving internal control and optimizing cost structure
Act as a key HQ representative to help manage, audit, and enhance the finances of the company’s various business lines and factories in Mainland China
Prepare and review monthly management report, monthly consolidation process
Responsible for overseeing and managing daily financial & accounting tasks, including but not limited to budgeting, internal audit and tax related matters
Review the financial analysis to reflect business performance
Regular on-site work and business travel are expected, especially to Mainland China
Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Qualified HKICPA membership or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ relevant audit and/or accounting experience, preferably gained from a manufacturing or listed company experience
Adaptive, solution-driven talent with good leadership potential and strong communication skill to support management in building a more robust and resilient organization
A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to embrace uncertainty, work under pressure, and learn quickly on the job
Willingness to spend more time on-site in Mainland China and be close to the business operation is important
Previous experience working in an investment or investment-related capacity is a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
