Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• HK accounting operations: Lead the team to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including vendor invoice processing, approvals and payments, ensure all activities have proper governance and control.  Proactively optimize the process, leverage AI and automation technologies to drive efficiency.

• Month end closing: Manage monthly closingprocess to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.      

• Treasury management: Manage Global Treasury operations, including establishment of treasury policies and frameworks, cashflow forecast and funding arrangement.

• Group’s annual audit: Coordinate the Group’s annual statutory audit and prepare consolidation financial statement and schedules.  Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ad hoc projects: Participate in other finance initiatives and special assignments as required, provide support to meet business needs and enhance efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or business-related disciplines.

• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications.

• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years at managerial level and preferably with experience gained from Big 4 and MNC.

• Well organized, independent and self-motivated

• Able to work under pressure and always drive for improvement

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must

• Hands on experience in ERP systems.  Experience with SAP experience is highly preferred

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

• Able to travel when required and flexible around timings
