Role Mission

• The role plays a critical role in supporting the insurance claims process through objective investigation, accurate assessment, and professional reporting. 

• This position is suited to individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in handling assignments independently while maintaining high professional standards.

Role Summary

• You will be responsible for handling insurance claim assignments from site investigation through to report preparation and settlement support. 

• The role involves collecting relevant facts, assessing losses, documenting findings, preparing reports for insurers, and assisting in claim evaluation. 

• Occasional travel may be required depending on the nature of assignments.

Job Description

• Conduct site investigations and handle insurance claim assignments.

• Gather facts, inspect damage, and document relevant findings.

• Prepare clear, structured, and professional reports for insurers.

• Assist in evaluating claim settlement proposals.

• Liaise with insurers, internal teams, and other relevant parties as required.

• Support ad hoc assignments and professional tasks when needed.

• Participate in professional training and development programs.

• Occasional trips may be required.

Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 1+ years of relevant working experience.

• Professional certification such as ANZIIF or CII will be an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Hardworking, self-disciplined, independent, and responsible.

• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
