Role Mission
The role plays a critical role in supporting the insurance claims process through objective investigation, accurate assessment, and professional reporting.
This position is suited to individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in handling assignments independently while maintaining high professional standards.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for handling insurance claim assignments from site investigation through to report preparation and settlement support.
The role involves collecting relevant facts, assessing losses, documenting findings, preparing reports for insurers, and assisting in claim evaluation.
Occasional travel may be required depending on the nature of assignments.
Job Description
Conduct site investigations and handle insurance claim assignments.
Gather facts, inspect damage, and document relevant findings.
Prepare clear, structured, and professional reports for insurers.
Assist in evaluating claim settlement proposals.
Liaise with insurers, internal teams, and other relevant parties as required.
Support ad hoc assignments and professional tasks when needed.
Participate in professional training and development programs.
Occasional trips may be required.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1+ years of relevant working experience.
Professional certification such as ANZIIF or CII will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Hardworking, self-disciplined, independent, and responsible.
Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
