Responsibilities
Manage transportation, delivery, packaging teams to provide daily logistics and warehouse activities such as dispatching, receiving, sorting, distribution, labelling, packaging and inventory control etc.
Prepare transportation and warehousing costs budgets to ensure the expenses are within budget control.
Support End to End cost analysis and develop improvement plan.
Effectively manage the performance in both packaging, delivery and storage teams
Monitor the warehouse operation procedures are properly line up the SOP.
Maintain accurate daily stock in/out record is necessary.
Provide the appropriate training to the teammate with clear direction.
Prepare and present regular timely monthly reports.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement
Degree holder of supply chain/logistics management or equivalent
Min. 10 years working experience in logistics and warehouse management with at least 5 years at managerial level.
Solid experience in FMCG warehouse and planning workflow in retail industry.
Familiar with General Trade products arrangement is preferred.
Excellent communication, people management and time management skills.
Strong sense of self of belonging, think positive with proactive attitude and willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in using MSOffice such as Excel, Words application, Chinese word processing & Outlook etc.
Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Immediately available is preferred.
