We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the project of “Batch 1B, 1C Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park”:

Manager (Sustainability & Promotion) (Ref. JD_23058M(S&P))

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Manager (Sustainability & Promotion) shall be as follows:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in construction environmental management, investigation & operation, ESG/sustainability project execution, or engineering project oversight.

• Proven experience in introducing green construction technologies, optimizing energy and resource efficiency, and managing BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, CGBL, etc. and other green building award/competition submissions.

• Solid experience in managing video production workflows, promotional materials, and managing creative agencies or post-production vendors.

• Proven capability in project management, supervising site performance, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Deep knowledge of environmental legislation, energy efficiency frameworks, green building/sustainability certification and award systems (BEAM Plus, CGBL, LEED, WELL, etc.)

• Strong storytelling, visual direction, and creative content oversight capabilities for videos and corporate presentations.

• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to partner effectively with central PR/Corporate Communications teams and external creative vendors.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Duties and Responsibilities:

 General

• Support Associate Director and Director, Project Management Office 1 in managing and planning all capital/non-capital works projects of the Company to ensure projects are accomplished to the required sustainability and environmental standards; and managing project promotion and video content production.

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s guidelines and Delegation Authority for works projects.

• Take up general safety roles and responsibilities as managerial staff of Project Development Division.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Sustainability & Environmental Innovation Management

• Strategic & Planning – Formulate, continuously review, and refine contractor/consultant environmental specifications, project environmental plans, carbon reduction roadmaps, and sustainability strategies.

• Technology Adoption – Research, evaluate, and implement innovative green technologies, advanced construction methods, and smart monitoring tools to enhance site energy and resource efficiency.

• Site Supervision & Compliance – Lead and oversee site teams and main contractors to enforce strict compliance with environmental regulations, site hygiene, noise control, waste minimization, and resource conservation.

• Green Building Certifications & Awards – Lead submissions and compliance for green building certifications (e.g., BEAM Plus, CGBL, LEED, WELL) and manage entries for industry sustainability competitions.

• Authority & Stakeholder Relations – Serve as the key technical contact for government departments, environmental consultants, certification bodies, and award organizers.

Project Promotion & Video Content Production

• Video Production Management – Oversee end-to-end promotional video projects, including creative direction, scriptwriting, storyboard approvals, production scheduling, and vendor supervision.

• Promotional Asset Creation – Direct the design and production of project promotional materials, including sustainability decks, milestone brochures, project showcases, and event display panels.

• Project Public Relations – Partner with Corporate Communications/PR on project milestones, topping-out ceremonies, sustainability awards, and community engagement initiatives.
  
  
  

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
