MERCHANDISER - Europe Toys buying office / trading (TST / 5 days work / no trips / 13 months salary)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle incoming sales orders, quotations and purchase documents for European and global retail customers.

• Enter and update sales orders and purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.

• Ensure all order data is complete, timely and error-free.

• Prepare detailed sales quotations for large EU and international retail customers.

• Manage sample requests and packaging arrangements.

• Liaise with vendors, European sales teams and international customers to resolve issues.

• Follow up on orders to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.

• Support the team in handling high-volume orders and documentation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising or order processing.

• Experience in EU or global markets is required.

• Experience handling major retailer accounts is preferred.

• Experience in toys, gifts and premiums, seasonal decorative products or related industries is an advantage.

• Experience in trading companies or buying offices is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.

• Able to manage accounts independently.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Good communications in English, Chinese and Cantonese.

• Mandarin is an advantage.
